Reverse Weight Shift or Reverse Pivot

I am struggling with a reverse weight shift. How can I fix this problem? I have not only started hitting the ball everywhere but I have also lost distance.

First you must understand that the reverse weight shift, is also known as a reverse pivot. On the back-swing your weight is going towards the target and on the forward swing your weight is going away from the target. This makes it difficult to hit your golf shot with any power or control.

The Fix: Use one of your golf clubs as a full swing golf training aid. Place the club in the middle of your feet and take your grip and stance. As you take your backswing, make sure your weight goes behind the club on the ground. Now, swing the club through to your finish. In your finish, your body should now be on the target side of the club on the ground.
